Summary

The Business Operations Associate role involves managing key business processes, ensuring client deliverables, and handling compliance regulatory work. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, relevant experience in both Compliance and Operations, good organizational skills, knowledge in project and risk management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the role Compliance plays.

Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor Degree with relevant experience in both Compliance and Operations
• Self-motivated and resilient with good interpersonal skills, who enjoys working as part of a diverse and engaged team
• Good organizational skills and capability to contribute to multiple projects at one time
• Knowledge and experience in project and risk management methodologies and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understand the role Compliance plays

Responsibilities

• Execute business processes that support essential functions of the organization
• Ensure client deliverables
• Achieve organizational standards, and help solve operational issues
• Assist hedge fund Limited Partner onboarding, reviewing necessary documentation
• Perform relevant compliance regulatory work through working with authorities/& local professional partners in the different jurisdictions that we operate
• Coordinate with vendors
• Perform simple book-keeping, ensuring invoices paid in a timely manner
• Assist in Internal Operations duties

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Regulatory Compliance experience is not mandatory but would be advantageous
