Summary

CoolGames is seeking a programming/game development student for an internship in Amsterdam to collaborate with a multinational team and contribute to creating captivating casual gaming experiences. The intern will work on developing new titles or evolving existing games, and meet established deadlines under the guidance of an internship coordinator.

Requirements

• Demonstrable proficiency with at least one programming language
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices
• Experience with version control tools like git
• Solid knowledge of development best practices

Responsibilities

• Develop new titles or evolve existing games
• Optimization, debugging, fixing bugs, taking part in code reviews, working with requirements or working on platform compatibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HTML5 games, TypeScript and JavaScript
• Experience with web game tech (e.g. PIXI/Phaser/Three.js)
