Summary

Requirements

• Proven experience in game development using Unreal Engine (3+ years preferred)
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Blueprint scripting in Unreal Engine
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects and technical expertise
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed

Responsibilities

• Design and develop game systems, features, and mechanics using Unreal Engine
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in C++ and/or Blueprints
• Work closely with artists, designers, and other developers to implement game assets and ensure cohesive integration
• Optimise game performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve bugs and other technical issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code, systems, and features
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Unreal Engine advancements to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions
