Game Platform Producer

Summary

The job is for a Game Platform Producer/Game Producer at Softgames, a leading instant gaming company. The role involves managing existing games, pitching new ideas for the platform, and ensuring games benefit from all features. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in game production or related roles, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of in-game monetization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in Game Production, Product Management, or related roles in the casual games / instant games / F2P games industry
• Background in managing casual game platforms and their features
• Deep knowledge of in-game monetization by ads and in-game purchase as well as all related KPIs and current trends of business models
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to detail
• Experience in working in an agile team, ideally with a scrum master experience
• Ability to understand technical details and architecture of platform APIs, platforms system and foresee performance and/or user experience issues in proposed solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage the success of existing portfolio of top performing instant games
• Pitch new ideas for the platform to the team and game platform team
• Ensure our games benefit from all existing and future platform features

Passionate about games, self-driven and able to work with little supervision towards a common team and company purpose
