Gameplay Programmer

Requirements

• 3+ years of game development experience with at least one shipped product
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent game development experience
• Familiarity with large-scale C++ projects, profiling tools, and APIs
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Work closely with designers to implement innovative gameplay systems for next-gen experiences
• Develop and maintain a high-performance 3D game engine, with a focus on gameplay
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to ensure systems meet production needs and quality standards
• Profile, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability
• Contribute innovative ideas to all aspects of game development
• Write clean, robust, and maintainable C++ code
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with next-gen consoles and concurrent programming is highly desirable
