Summary

Join Fetch Rewards as the General Manager, Omnichannel & Partnerships, where you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth across Retail, Restaurants, Agency, and Data Partnerships. This full-time position, based in a US office or remotely, requires managing multiple teams, developing GTM strategies, and fostering strong C-level relationships. You will be responsible for delivering significant revenue growth through data-driven collaborations and building scalable solutions. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in digital media sales, people management, and strategic planning. Requirements

  • 12+ years in digital media with experience selling to enterprise brands and agency partners, partnering closely with marketing contacts
  • Experience with people management of managers who are overseeing individual contributors in sales (both new business and account management)
  • Track record of setting GTM strategy for a sales industry, enabling your sales leaders to scale businesses to multi-million dollar revenue streams
  • A natural builder—you’ve led initiatives or teams where you had to write the playbook and then scale it
  • Product-minded—you understand how to take market needs and translate them into scalable solutions that work for users and partners
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills—you can sell a vision and handle complexity with confidence

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple pods, enabling Industry Leads (Sales Managers) to grow revenue through their individual contributor sales strategy
  • Across our Retail and Restaurants, Agency Growth, and Data Partnerships pods, you’ll drive major revenue growth, unlocking new relationships and evolving how we go to market in these industries
  • Deliver results that matter—targeting tens of millions in revenue through creative, valuable, and long-term data-driven collaborations
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing cross-functionally to build offerings that are both technically viable and commercially effective
  • Coach and inspire a team of Industry Leads (Sales Managers) who will guide their partners (new business) and account managers to move fast and deliver for our partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal and finance, ensuring your partnerships land smoothly and scale effectively
  • Represent Fetch externally, building C-level relationships with partners and helping shape how we show up in the data and media ecosystem
  • Bring insights from the market back to Fetch to help evolve our thinking, our products, and our positioning
  • You spot blockers early, clear them fast, and always keep momentum front and center

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer-oriented verticals within digital media, or marketing tech
  • Deep understanding of data monetization and how brands use data to drive outcomes
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, and other tools that help drive and measure revenue performance
