Join Numan's clinical team as a General Practitioner with a passion for women's hormone health. This flexible, remote-first role involves reviewing blood test results, interpreting patient questionnaires, and providing tailored guidance on women's health concerns. You will develop and communicate safe, clinically appropriate recommendations, collaborate with the clinical product and operations teams, and adhere to clinical protocols and guidelines. Staying up-to-date on women's health research and contributing to clinical content are also key responsibilities. Conducting remote consultations and prescribing treatments while monitoring patient responses are also part of the role. Requirements
- Experience as a GP with GMC registration and a valid licence to practise
- Either previous experience or a strong interest in women’s health, menopause, hormone health, or related fields
- Experience and is confident analysing hormone panels and translating complex medical insights into clear, accessible information for non-medical individuals
- Previous experience (or has a willingness to learn) in remote care delivery
- Excellent communication skills, with a patient-centric and empathetic approach
- Worked independently within a structured and quality-assured digital environment
Responsibilities
- Interpreting blood test results in the context of menopause, perimenopause, and broader hormonal health concerns
- Reviewing patient medical histories and structured digital questionnaires to deliver personalised insights
- Developing and communicating safe, clinically appropriate recommendations based on test results and patient needs
- Collaborating with our wider clinical product and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Adhering to internal clinical protocols, external clinical guidelines, and medical safety standards
- Staying up to date on women’s health research, digital health best practices, and regulatory compliance
- Contributing to clinical content, SOPs, and educational materials that support patient understanding and safety
- Conducting remote consultations (asynchronous or live video where required) to further assess symptoms, review treatment options, and address patient concerns
- Prescribing HRT or, where appropriate and in line with clinical guidelines, other evidence-based treatments, providing clear rationale and guidance to patients
- Monitoring patient's responses to treatment and making adjustments or recommendations for follow-up testing and review
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a D2C or digital health setting
- A background in functional medicine, lifestyle medicine, or preventative care
- Previous experience in managing complex cases related to thyroid, PCOS, menopause and/or metabolic health
