This role requires 10+ years of experience in product management within the SaaS space, specifically with LLM/AI technologies. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the SaaS space
  • Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies from concept to go to market
  • Deep understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Data-driven mindset, with a focus on using metrics to measure product performance and customer impact
  • Passion for building innovative products that solve real-world problems
  • You understand agentic workflows and/or have done something similar in the past

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Karbon’s AI's suite of products
  • Work directly with the CPO on the core strategy and vision
  • Conduct deep customer research and market analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs
  • Translate customer insights into detailed product specifications and use cases
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and customer value
  • Collaborate closely with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with sales and customer success to enable successful product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Evangelize and communicate Karbon AI’s product and vision directly with customers, analysts, and the global community of practitioners
