Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the SaaS space
- Experience building products using LLM/AI technologies from concept to go to market
- Deep understanding of data privacy, data security, and/or AI governance
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Data-driven mindset, with a focus on using metrics to measure product performance and customer impact
- Passion for building innovative products that solve real-world problems
- You understand agentic workflows and/or have done something similar in the past
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for Karbonβs AI's suite of products
- Work directly with the CPO on the core strategy and vision
- Conduct deep customer research and market analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs
- Translate customer insights into detailed product specifications and use cases
- Ensure alignment with business goals and customer value
- Collaborate closely with R&D throughout the product development lifecycle
- Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with sales and customer success to enable successful product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Evangelize and communicate Karbon AIβs product and vision directly with customers, analysts, and the global community of practitioners
