Join our team as a Generalist β ISO Compliance and Sales Development Representative! This remote, part-time (16β20 hours/week) position offers flexible hours within the EST or UK time zones. You will support our growing operations by maintaining ISO 27001 certification documents, assisting with audits, and providing sales support. The role blends structured documentation tasks with fast-paced sales activities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will leverage tools like Lusha and Sales Navigator, conduct research, and contribute to team efficiency improvements. This is a hybrid role requiring strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Proficient in using Sales Navigator, Excel, Lusha, and ISO documentation tools for research, data management, and compliance tracking; experience with HubSpot is a plus
- 3β5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a resourceful and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with precision
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update ISO 27001 certification documents and related materials
- Assist in audit preparation and internal documentation reviews
- Support Account Executives and SDRs with persona-based research, especially in the UK market
- Enrich and maintain data sheets to improve outreach accuracy
- Build and refine contact lists using tools like Lusha and Sales Navigator
- Identify and research automation tools to streamline internal processes
- Provide recommendations for improving team efficiency and workflows
- Contribute to onboarding processes for new team members
- Assist with reporting, basic data analysis, and internal communications
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to ISO standards or compliance documentation is a strong plus
