Summary
Designit is seeking a Global Channel Governance Manager to join their team supporting Microsoft Cloud Marketing Blog and Social. The role involves effective communication with global teams, developing and implementing a centralized framework for operational excellence, managing social handle governance, and acting as a social programming subject matter expert. The ideal candidate has notable global experience, 5+ years in client-facing roles, advanced organization skills, and is skilled in social media and marketing operations.
Requirements
- Notable global, enterprise experience working with cross-functional and highly-matrixed Fortune 100 clients
- 5+ years in a client-facing role at a marketing agency or large corporate enterprise
- 2+ years as a primary stakeholder contact
- Experience managing large-scale projects and collaborating with multiple groups simultaneously
- Advanced organization and project management experience working across multiple workstreams
- Uncanny ability to tackle ambiguous business problems and generate solutions in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to present to clients who are at the director level with a high degree of confidence and professionalism
- Skilled in social media, social programming operations, project management and marketing operations
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field
- Advanced experience using Sprinklr
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with Global, Corp and Field project teams
- Develop and implement a centralized global framework and related activities to drive global operational excellence, innovation and scale
- Establish and manage the governance, access criteria, and organization of all social handles overseen by the Global COE
- Manage channel claiming process in partnership with Microsoft’s legal team and representatives from social platforms
- Identify problems, proactively propose solutions, and collaborate with others to implement scalable solutions and efficiency across governance, Sprinklr, programming and the larger team
- Deliver strategy and manage regular documentation updates and process improvements
- Establish, demonstrate, and share best practices across the larger Cloud Marketing Team
