Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing a team
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management in a Cloud Data Center or related industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Global Supply Managers and Buyers, setting clear goals, responsibilities, and performance expectations
- Foster a high-performing culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development guidance to direct reports
- Oversee daily and strategic purchasing operations, ensuring material availability to support global build plans, data center deployments, and retrofit programs
- Ensure execution of accurate, timely purchase orders (POs) aligned with forecast, safety stock levels, and supplier lead times
- Monitor and manage supplier acknowledgments, deliveries, and discrepancies, working closely with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve issues and reduce receiving delays
- Manage backlog reporting, expedite requests, and de-expedite to optimize working capital and minimize excess inventory
- Partner with Capacity and Data Center Operations teams to align supply plans with demand forecasts, long-range capacity plans, and business priorities
- Drive implementation and refinement of MRP processes, ensuring correct input parameters such as lead time, MOQ, reorder points, and safety stock policies
- Proactively identify supply gaps, bottlenecks, and constraints; develop and execute mitigation plans (e.g., safety stock adjustments, supplier flexibility, alternate sourcing)
- Support scenario planning and S&OP inputs to ensure supply chain responsiveness to changes in demand or program timing
- Develop and implement ERP and supply chain planning tools for procurement visibility and reporting
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Partner and collaborate with engineering and product partners to drive development, manufacturing, and supplier management deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (e.g.,Oracle, Netsuite, Kinaxis) is preferred
