Join the team as Twilio’s next Senior Global Total Rewards Analyst, LATAM. Twilio powers real-time business communications and data solutions that help companies and developers worldwide build better applications and customer experiences. We're seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to be a data-driven, process-aware subject matter expert of all things related to compensation and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial engineering, finance
  • Minimum of 3+ years of compensation & benefits experience across multiple locations specifically in Latam, ideally in a rapid growth technology company
  • Experience with compensation program design and changement management, including short-term and long-term incentive pay elements
  • Experience in structure salary design and pricing
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation or job grading methodologies and career architecture frameworks
  • Knowledge of end-to-end benefit processes for designing, implementing, and communicating benefits including insurance programs, Leaves across the region
  • Must be a self starter with plenty of initiative yet understands the need to work within wider Total Reward frameworks
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal skills needed to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • An owner mindset, coupled with innovative thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Radford, Mercer or other published surveys
  • Excel master
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with no trepidation with ambiguity or lack of a playbook

Responsibilities

  • Develop policies and processes in compensation and benefits that support innovation and growth while upholding compliance and minimizing risk
  • Evaluate job positions in the company with consistency
  • Design and implement salary structures for the region based on data and market trends
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, leaders, internal and external partners with emotional intelligence, curiosity and integrity. Own compensation and benefit products from start to end with the customer in mind
  • Able to educate and influence senior business stakeholders with Reward advice to ensure an attractive and consistent offering across multiple job families and locations
  • Adept at understanding and interpreting data so that data is transformed to workable insights
  • Guide and manage the work of employees, consultants and vendors related to compensation and benefits with strong leadership and empathy skills. Optimize resources (people and money) to meet highest priority items, and manage resources as if they were your own

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of equity for a public company
