Summary

Devtech is a global digital innovation company seeking to hire a member for their Global Services Unit. The candidate will be responsible for developing Go packages and programs, designing web applications and APIs, utilizing SQL databases, deploying applications to cloud platforms, writing tests, debugging, and participating in code reviews. The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Golang development, strong skills in asynchronous web application development, API design, cloud deployment, SQL databases, AWS services, container technologies, Git, debugging, and code review. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in English.

Requirements

• 5 + years of experience in Golang development
• Strong skills in developing asynchronous web applications, handling HTTP/Websockets, API design and cloud deployment
• Expertise in working with SQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience in developing applications on AWS, particularly using ECS and RDS services
• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficient in using Git for version control, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and writing unit and integration tests
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in conducting code reviews effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software solutions using Golang
• Design and implement web applications, APIs, and microservices
• Utilize SQL databases for data storage and retrieval
• Deploy applications to cloud platforms
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Debug and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
