Summary

Squadio is seeking a Senior Golang Developer to join their software team. The candidate will be responsible for writing scalable code, understanding software requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders. A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering, at least 5+ years of experience with the Go programming language, strong communication skills, knowledge of various Go frameworks and tools, familiarity with database technologies, and hands-on experience with code conversion tools like Git are required. Remote work is offered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering
  • At least 5+ years of experience working with the Go programming language
  • Strong written and communication skills with proven fluency in English
  • Knowledge of various Go frameworks and tools
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
  • Hands-on experience with code conversion tools like Git, SVN, Mercurial

Responsibilities

  • Will play a key role in architectural design
  • Understand software requirements and translate them into high-performance products
  • Create robust, scalable, and reusable code
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and decision-makers to test and improve services
  • Provide analytical approaches to solve various problems
  • Troubleshoot issues where needed
  • Code back-end components and integrate applications to other web services
