Graduate Instructor

Summary

Join DeVine as a remote Graduate Instructor for the Winter 2025 quarter! This short-term consulting position involves teaching one online, synchronous course in Human Systems Integration (HSI) within the context of the DoD Systems Engineering Process. The course focuses on HSI's role in acquisition activities and developing human-centered systems. The position requires a Master's degree or higher in a related field, extensive experience in HSI and DoD, and US citizenship. Compensation is $55-$65 per hour for an estimated 200 hours. Previous teaching experience and DoD HSI certifications are preferred.

Requirements

• Hold a Master’s Degree or higher in Human Systems Integration, or other related field (Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, Psychology, etc.)
• Possess 5+ years’ experience conducting HSI-related activities
• Have 10+ years’ experience working in the DoD or other uniformed service
• Be a U.S. Citizen
