Requirements

• Graduation within the last 5 years – All semester marksheets are required along with the degree certificate
• No prior work experience
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations within the department
• Assist in generating and maintaining reports for tracking key metrics
• Support project teams by scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution
• Support team members with ongoing projects and tasks as needed
• Organize, update, and maintain data records for accuracy and accessibility
• Conduct preliminary data analysis to identify trends and insights for decision-making
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance job-specific skills
• Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors and senior staff
• Gain practical knowledge in [technical work, customer service, excel, email writing, account etc.]
• Observe and learn key industry practices and protocols, company guidelines, and maintain remote culture decorum
