Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality graphic design assets, including infographics, presentations, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website design elements, email templates
  • Ensure that all visual materials adhere to the organization's brand guidelines and style guide
  • Collaborate closely with teams such as Strategic Communications, Media, and Business Development
  • Develop innovative and creative design concepts that effectively convey the organization's message
  • Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Engage in media production, including planning, scriptwriting, audio and video recording, computer graphics, animation, final editing, and distribution
  • Support web development and maintenance, including content, web design
  • Ensure that all designs comply with accessibility standards, such as Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and outputs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience
  • Desktop publishing experience
  • Proficiency in online/virtual collaboration tools including WebEx, Zoom, and Skype
