Requirements

• Education: Recent graduate or Senior working toward a degree in Graphic Design
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Office365
• Design Aesthetic: Contemporary design sense with an eye for typography, color palettes, and layout hierarchy
• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing demands
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and a desire to work with others
• Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and articulate your ideas clearly
• Feedback-Oriented: Willingness to accept constructive, candid feedback to improve your work

Responsibilities

• Craft Marketing Materials: Design presentations, infographics, and other collateral that highlight our expertise and brand
• Visualize Concepts: Translate complex, technical ideas into clear and compelling graphics and images
• Innovate and Conceptualize: Come up with original design work that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand vision
• Collaborate Effectively: Incorporate feedback and direction from stakeholders to refine and enhance your designs
• Support Leadership: Synthesize notes from the leadership team into presentations and deliverables that drive company performance
