Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 10+ years of professional design experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience designing in a corporate setting is required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage projects independently
• Advanced Mac user with a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Design a variety of collateral for bswift’s brand and client needs, including but not limited to: PDF design
• PowerPoint presentations
• Social media graphics
• Email templates
• Print materials
• Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to develop visually appealing and effective designs
• Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client expectations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team

Preferred Qualifications

Web design experience is a plus
