Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in design to support a performance marketing team with creative development for lead generation ads on Meta/Google and related landing page
  • 3-5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer advertising, graphic design, and video editing
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD), Figma, or Sketch
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and user-centered design principles
  • Proven ability to produce a high volume of high-quality assets under tight deadlines
  • Strong eye for compelling design, visual storytelling, and adherence to brand standards
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and data-driven design optimizations

Responsibilities

  • Create and update website elements, headers, and images for client projects
  • Develop and refine landing page and website templates, producing several new templates monthly
  • Lead the end-to-end design process for web and landing pages, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Optimize designs for user experience, responsive layouts, and conversion performance
  • Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Design and edit direct response images for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more
  • Deliver high volumes of creative assets weekly, including ads, banners, and short-form videos
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to align visuals with ad copy and campaign objectives
  • Analyze performance data (A/B tests, CTRs, conversions) to refine and optimize ad visuals
  • Maintain an organized library of reusable assets, including UGC and stock materials
  • Edit and produce video content using stock footage, UGC, or combined media
