• Minimum of three years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Design cutting-edge, high-quality, graphics to be used in digital and print media
• Execute creative work with professional competence with the ability to move seamlessly from one project to the next
• Create and design new and update existing communication materials for internal and external deployment
• Illustrates concept for review and approval by designing a rough layout of art and copy
• Maintains electronic files and archives of all design work, photos, and images
• Work with written copy to create infographics, collages, gifs, and graphics
• Assist with various on-going talent brand and employer brand marketing projects as requested
• Collaborate with Talent Brand Marketing Manager to identify and work on areas of personal and professional growth and improvement
• Manage designs on all social media platforms to ensure uniformity in output
• Manage relationship with vendors, preparing specifications and obtaining estimates for final approval
• Ensure compliance with design and oversee print production delivery

Preferred Qualifications

UX/UI design experience is a plus
