Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or similar field required
  • Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience is necessary
  • Must have experience in designing for email marketing
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced agency (digital marketing, lifecycle, or email marketing) is essential
  • Klaviyo and email marketing experience are compulsory
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Plan and create graphics for our clients' brands
  • Generate brand-related and high-converting graphic designs (banners, gifs, email popup form design)
  • Research and implementation of the latest design principles in e-commerce marketing
  • Regularly work with the fulfilment team to produce the final design
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Amend designs after feedback from the team
  • Attend regular team meetings for updates and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Designing for SMS campaigns is a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce industry preferred
