Graphic Designer

Summary

Join ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa, a global BPO company, as a Graphic Designer! You will create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and logos. This remote role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator, and a strong portfolio. The position demands excellent communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Working hours are EST, and a reliable internet connection and power backup are mandatory. Only South African citizens are eligible to apply.

Requirements

• Strong background in graphic design and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in Adobe suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator!
• A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection
• A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages
• This is a remote role for South African Citizens only
• Excellent written English skills – Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
• Highly organized and detail-oriented – Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and quality
• Strong time management skills – Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset – Works well within a team while also being able to take ownership of projects

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and logos
• Design logos and branding materials that effectively communicate the company’s message
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, including brochure and flyer designs
• Excellent understanding of art direction principles and market trends
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
