Graphic Designer

You will design visually compelling graphics, create print-ready materials, and develop engaging presentations. Collaboration with various teams is key to ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project goals. The role requires proven graphic and web design experience, proficiency in design software, and strong communication skills. Compensation is hourly, ranging from $25 to $50, depending on location and experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic and web design (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent tools
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills for collaboration on projects

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling web graphics, landing pages, and UI elements
• Create print-ready brochures, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral
• Develop engaging and on-brand presentation decks (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams (sales, product, L&D) to understand goals and messaging
• Ensure all assets are aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for their respective platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with branding and digital marketing is a plus
