Summary
Join Signature Athletics as a Graphic Designer and be responsible for creating 1-3 uniform package designs daily, handling logo conversions for various printing methods, and managing client requests. You will work remotely, managing design tickets, mock-ups, revisions, and quality checks. The role requires 5+ years of experience in dye sublimation design and proficiency in various software. A 13th-month annual bonus is offered, contingent on meeting specific criteria. The company offers a fun and high-performing culture and is recognized as a great place to work. This is a fully remote position with weekends off.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in dye sublimation design , proficiency with required software like Ziflow, HubSpot, Google Drive, Slack, and Adobe Illustrator
- Expert Level Tactician : Experienced as an expert-level tactician in Client-Facing and Production Design as well as Quality Checks on other designers' work to ensure quality prints on the final apparel items
- Demonstrated History : Has proven experience, best practices, and documented processes for the major functional responsibilities
- Design : Examples of creating Designs that drive demand
- Time Management : Examples of managing high ticket volume environments
- Ideal Team Player : Examples of being a culture fit with the organization
- Highly Tech Enabled & Remote Experience : Works well with and is excited by the impact of technology on the business
- Enjoys being in a remote environment and demonstrates self-accountability in that environment
- History of identifying areas ripe for automation or simplification and being a partner to the manager to bring issues up, discuss, and solve them!
- Remote work ready
- Stable high-speed internet with backup
- Computer (laptop or desktop) with recommended quad-core CPU 2.5hgz+, RAM 8GB+, and dual monitor
- Headset, mic, and webcam for meetings
- Focused workspace
- Fluent in conversational English written and verbal
- Ideally, at least 1 year of wor-from-home experience
Responsibilities
- Schedule a 15-minute meeting with 1 person in the company every week to get to know everyone on the team!
- Find opportunities to elevate our self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- Create designs that players in the market who aren't even on the team want
- Manage logo design requests on behalf of our clients, including the preparation of logos for each specific vendor
- Use design to feature bundles and products in a way that increases conversion rates and AOV
- Manage GoVisually, our Art Approval software, and ensure that clients approve their artwork in 1 business day
