Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the consumer goods or spirits industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, particularly in marketing and branding
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling sell sheets, presentation decks, and case cards that effectively communicate our brand messaging and product offerings
- Create eye-catching shelf talkers and posters for in-store promotions and events
- Design merchandise (e.g., apparel, glassware, promotional items) that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives
- Produce engaging social media posts, including graphics and promotional materials that enhance online presence and customer engagement
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to gather insights and incorporate feedback into design projects
- Partner with external vendors and printers to ensure quality and accuracy in the production of design assets
- Identify and coordinate the sourcing of merchandise that aligns with brand strategy and marketing campaigns
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are completed within budget
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, including versions, assets, and specifications
- Uphold and enhance brand standards across all design outputs, ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging
- Conduct regular reviews of existing marketing materials to ensure they remain current and aligned with brand updates
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging design techniques, and competitive landscape to bring innovative ideas to the team
- Analyze the effectiveness of design materials and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with print production processes and materials
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media design and content creation
- Knowledge of merchandise sourcing and production processes is a plus
- Understanding of marketing strategies and consumer behavior in the spirits industry is highly desirable
