Graphic Designer

Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote English-fluent Graphic Designer based in Latin America. You will design book interiors and covers using Adobe InDesign, collaborate with editorial and production teams, create marketing graphics, manage campaigns through Klaviyo, and maintain website visuals. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong print file preparation skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are essential, along with a passion for multicultural storytelling and children's content. The salary ranges from $1,500 to $2,200 per month, and the position is for an independent contractor.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in publishing or a creative brand
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong experience with preparing files for print (color, bleed, layout, resolution, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in English and Spanish
• Passionate about multicultural storytelling and children’s content
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Design book interiors and covers using Adobe InDesign with pre-press and print-ready file preparation
• Collaborate with our editorial and production teams to bring our stories to life in compelling
• Work with illustrators as needed to ensure consistency and accuracy in artwork across projects
• Create graphics for all marketing materials including: Social media posts, Email newsletters, Digital ads, Sales & marketing decks, Event signage and print collateral
• Maintain and update website images, banners, and product visuals as needed
• Schedule and manage campaigns through Klaviyo (email marketing platform)
• Uphold and evolve the Lil’ Libros visual brand identity
• Help ensure every visual output feels authentic, culturally respectful, and aligned with our mission

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms (preferred but not required)
• Solid understanding of web graphics and CMS tools (Shopify experience a plus)

Benefits

• The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
• This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform
