Remote Graphic Designer

Summary

HustlerMarketing is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their dynamic e-commerce marketing team. The candidate should have at least 6 months of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in Email Marketing, and be available for 30-35 hours per week during specified times. Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience working as a graphic designer, ideally in Email Marketing, and for one employer where you can showcase consistent results
• Solid understanding of design principles
• Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week (140h/m)
• Being available and responsive during 15:00 - 18:00 BCN Time (Mon-Fri)
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing (doesn’t need to be your native language)

Responsibilities

• Create and develop smart, strategic concepts in design
• Design marketing materials for HustlerMarketing, including but not limited to: digital creative (blog, social media, and email marketing assets)
• Communicate design ideas verbally and visually to team members and clients
• Work with the design team on developing and maintaining brand standards, ensuring a high level of quality, and establishing a consistent look and feel across materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous remote work experience is a big advantage
• Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and G-Suite

• Ability to be accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership)
