  • 4+ years of relevant design experience (Figma experience required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Follow established processes and procedures, including workflow between teams and across functions
  • Excel at working in collaborative environments

Responsibilities

  • Work with the design, copy, and marketing teams to develop relevant and unique concepts that support our business objectives, align with creative strategy and strengthen our brand
  • Create and utilize templates for creative development, consistently adding to our library and improving over time
  • Identify and evolve creative solutions to improve marketing and website experiences; incorporating both brand direction and performance data into ideation
  • Design an array of digital assets including campaign concepts and the execution of paid ads, emails, site assets, and social assets
  • Own projects from kickoff through completion, presenting your work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback as you move into final production
  • Improve the creative workflow process, including finding efficiencies in leveraging templates while still maintaining creativity and delivering added value to the consumer
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of internal and external presentations and guides as needed
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends
  • Analyze and optimize creative for performance and best practices
