Graphic Designer

Summary

Join a high-growth, global online advertising company as a freelance graphic designer. You will create visually appealing graphics for social media, GIFs, MP4s, email campaigns, and website assets. The role demands proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design experience. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams, ensuring brand consistency and staying updated on design trends. The position is remote, with a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM Philippine Time. This is a freelance independent contractor role.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop or Illustrator) and other relevant design tools
• Portfolio showcasing your best designs, especially in social media ads, GIFs/MP4s, email designs, and website assets
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table

Responsibilities

• Design and produce visually captivating graphics for our social media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand's voice and aesthetics
• Craft engaging GIFs and MP4s for promotional campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives
• Conceptualize and design email campaigns that not only look great but also drive customer engagement and conversions
• Create banners, product images, landing pages, and other visual assets to enhance user experience and brand consistency on our website
• Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand identity across all platforms
• Stay updated with the latest design and social media trends to ensure our brand remains relevant and ahead of the curve
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment in all campaigns and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects, Cinema 4D, Keyshot and Figma are a plus
• Experience working in E-commerce, Creative Agencies or Direct Consumer industry is advantageous
