Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
• Solid understanding of print production processes, packaging design, illustration, and website design
• A meticulous approach to design, with a strong focus on precision and accuracy in all tasks
• A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative design concepts that align with brand identity and marketing goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality

Responsibilities

• Packaging Design: Format and prepare packaging files for production
• Email Design: Design visually appealing and effective email templates
• Website Design: Develop and design website layouts
• Illustration: Create original illustrations
• Ad Graphics: Create compelling ad graphics
• Sock Design: Collaborate with the product design team to create sock designs
• File Management: Organize and maintain design files
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing Team, and other departments
• Quality Assurance: Review and proof designs for errors
• Innovation: Stay updated with design trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to projects

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in fashion or product design, particularly in creating sock designs, is a plus
