Summary

Join our team as a visually-driven Graphic Designer to create high-performing static ad content for Meta and other digital and email assets. You will primarily utilize our existing image library, selecting and editing visuals to meet campaign goals, and briefing any necessary new imagery. You will also edit email templates, ensuring brand consistency. This role demands high output and strong execution skills, requiring efficient work and consistent delivery of creative content that meets performance goals. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and performance agency. The position is remote, full-time, and based in the Australia (AEST) time zone.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating content for beauty, personal care, fashion, or lifestyle brands, supported by a comprehensive portfolio
  • High proficiency in Figma for designing advertisements, Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) layouts, and content templates
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, complemented by a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for asset editing and retouching
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building EDMs (ideally in Klaviyo), with a strong understanding of visual flow, layout, and strategic CTA placement
  • A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring all work is sharp, aligned, and engaging
  • Creative storytelling ability that consistently aligns with and elevates brand identity
  • A highly organized and proactive mindset, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-performing static ads for Meta using Figma)
  • Leverage existing imagery from our asset library or clearly brief in new imagery as needed
  • Embed and test multiple messaging variations within creative to identify winning angles
  • Adapt creative for different placements, formats, and audience segments
  • Build EDMs in Klaviyo (or similar), focusing on layout, visuals, and design that boosts engagement and conversions
  • Use performance insights from our agency, Meta, Klaviyo, and other platforms to guide creative direction
  • Rapidly produce and deploy creative variations for testing
  • Document winning visuals and messaging to be repurposed in other formats
  • Suggest new angles, concepts, and formats proactively based on results and trends
  • Ensure all creative adheres to brand guidelines and visual standards
  • Maintain and organize shared creative files for easy access by the wider team
  • Update content templates as needed to reflect current campaigns and priorities
  • Work closely with the marketing team and performance agency to align on campaign goals and creative strategy
  • Balance feedback-driven changes with proactive creative proposals
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a premium DTC environment
  • A genuine interest in beauty, fashion, and/or performance marketing
