Summary
Join OfferFit's fast-paced and supportive team as a Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life! As a key member of our Marketing team, you will lead the design and execution of key brand assets, implement a design system, ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels, create engaging visuals for digital campaigns, and more. Requirements
- Proven track record of showcasing your creativity and design skills across various media (web, mobile, social, print, etc.)
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar. Experience with Figma or Sketch is a bonus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment. You can balance creativity with efficiency to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take feedback, iterate, and improve designs based on stakeholder input
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of key brand assets, including our website, sales collateral, event materials, and other graphics, ensuring alignment with our brand identity
- Implement a design system to streamline the creation of brand assets, including βself-serveβ templates for internal teams
- Ensure cohesive branding across all marketing channels, including website, email, and social media
- Create a process to support various stakeholders, including establishing a Creative Brief and intake process
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create engaging visuals for digital campaigns, product interfaces, and other materials
- Design visually compelling presentations, infographics, and marketing materials that communicate complex ideas simply
- Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events
