Summary
Join onX as a Graphic Designer and contribute to the creation of engaging visual assets for various marketing channels. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in visual design or equivalent experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create effective campaigns across multiple channels, with a particular focus on digital assets such as social media, email, and web. Your work should clearly detail your role and specific contributions to each project
- Experience and proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
- Thrives in cross-functional, collaborative environments
- Knowledge, passion, and skills in design, typography, layout, interaction and technology
- Clear ability to communicate and present ideas
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects simultaneously
- A self-starter attitude with attention to detail
- Passion for the outdoors

- Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment with onX
- Ability to travel bi-annually, for multiple days to a corporate office or other onX strategic location, such as a Basecamp
Responsibilities
- Design graphics with a high degree of speed, craft, and accuracy for our various marketing channels, including but not limited to; digital ads, social media, emails, web landing pages, and various customer journey campaigns
- Work closely with our Creative and Marketing teams to brainstorm, design, & execute on concepts and content across our verticals
- Leverage onX brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across assets
- Self-organize and communicate clearly and concisely on status of ongoing work
- Proactively manage a queue of design requests, producing quality work on time
- Play an active role in contributing conceptual ideas in brainstorms or creative development meetings
- Support internal design initiatives
- Have a point of view and always bring fresh perspectives
- Bring an open and curious mindset to everything you do
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Light animation experience
- Wordpress, Figma, Asana experience
- Experience on in-house creative teams
- Photo Retouching
- Creative campaign concepting
