This fully remote position (9 AM - 5 PM EST) requires a design-focused, performance-driven approach, aligning visuals with marketing and growth objectives. You will create social media graphics, design static and motion-based content, and collaborate with marketing and content teams. Success is measured by high-performing visual content that increases engagement and brand visibility. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in graphic design and a strong understanding of visual impact on content performance.

Requirements

• Experience – 2+ years in graphic design, social media content creation, or digital media design
• Expertise – Strong knowledge of both static and motion-based design
• Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of how visuals impact content performance and lead generation
• Proficiency – Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Collaboration – Works effectively with content strategists and marketers to ensure visual consistency and performance

Responsibilities

• Create engagement-driven social media graphics that enhance content performance
• Design both static and motion-based content (short-form video, reels, animated posts)
• Work under the direction of the Growth Marketing Manager, aligning visuals with engagement strategies
• Collaborate with the Lead Content Strategist to ensure content and visuals complement each other
• Optimize designs based on platform best practices and performance data
• Assist in designing branded marketing materials, lead-generation graphics, and ad creatives
• Support campaign visuals, promotional assets, and special projects
