Summary

Join Hostinger, a rapidly growing web hosting company, as a Graphic Designer and contribute to the visual appeal of their website. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on website and digital design
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing your skills in web graphics, layout, illustration, and branding
  • A keen eye for detail, layout, color, and typography
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly present and explain your design choices
  • Strong skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving and design challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain visual guidelines for website assets to ensure consistency and visual harmony across all pages
  • Create high-quality website visuals that align with our brand, enhance user engagement and makes complex information easy to understand
  • Collaborate closely with the Website and Creative Teams to produce assets that support key business goals, particularly around Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Keep up with the latest design and web trends to ensure our website remains fresh, modern, and appealing
  • Perform visual audits of website pages to identify and implement opportunities for improved design
  • Contribute to our broader design system, ensuring visual cohesion across teams and platforms
