Summary

Join Results for Development (R4D), a leading non-profit global development partner, as we seek providers for Graphic Design and/or Copy-Editing services. R4D requires these services to support various products, including reports, newsletters, and social media content. The services must comply with R4D and donor branding requirements, including accessibility standards and specific style guides. Proposals should include a comprehensive description of services, pricing, and company experience. R4D will evaluate proposals based on company experience, service match, pricing, references, and additional capabilities. The contract period is from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026. R4D is committed to diversity and encourages participation from minority, women-owned, and small businesses.

Requirements

• Provide at least 3 work samples/client references for which you have provided services similar to those requested herein
• Submit a comprehensive description of the services proposed
• Provide a breakdown of costs for each service
• Indicate lead times and pricing for regular and expedited/rush services as applicable
• Indicate whether or not your company has a MWBE certification by an accredited certification body
• Furnish information on the company’s specialized experience and capabilities as it relates to this RFQ, including experience working with non-profit organizations funded by USAID in education, health, and nutrition
• Briefly describe your client services and how your client services work with customers to ensure optimal level of service delivery and customer satisfaction
• A clear and complete response must be provided for each element of the RFQ
• Any response which deviates from the stated requirements must be noted and explained
• Outline of the proposal
• Clear identification of any RFQ requirements the Offeror cannot satisfy
• A statement describing the basis upon which the Offeror is qualified to address R4D’s requirements as outlined in this RFQ
• The name and contact information of the individual who will negotiate with R4D on behalf of Offeror
• Full company or corporate name
• Location of primary office or headquarters
• Brief history of your company
• Date of incorporation
• Describe what feature of your services or organization differentiates you from your competitors
• Disclose anything that can be construed as a conflict of interest between R4D and the Offeror
• Statement of experience and compliance with Section 508 of Rehabilitation Act
• List languages supported in addition to English, French, and Spanish as applicable
