Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a strong focus on digital media
• Expertise in Typography, Advertisement/Copy Hierarchy, and Color Theory
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (advanced level)
• Experience with video editing — Adobe Premiere Pro required, After Effects a plus
• Strong understanding of digital design best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics
• Ability to balance color, typography, and hierarchy within advertising and marketing materials
• A strong online portfolio is required for consideration
• Capable of producing high volumes of high-quality work under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a high-volume design queue daily (minimum of 10 new tickets per day), while assisting with additional projects as needed
• Collaborate with the Digital Campaign Manager to implement requested creative revisions
• Work closely with management to ensure all projects meet deadlines
• Design visually compelling digital ads within tight timeframes, maintaining quality and brand consistency
