Requirements

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to design polished presentations
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• A creative mindset with an eagerness to learn and adopt new tools and styles
• Receptive to feedback and open to iterative improvements
• Mac user proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Teams)

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and impactful designs for both print and digital media
• Design assets including logos/branding, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, and social media graphics
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines for both bswift and its clients
• Collaborate with team members to produce marketing and communication materials
• Deliver multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
• Stay current with design trends and tools, offering creative insights
• Prepare and package design files for print and digital distribution
