Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing design, either in-house (B2B SaaS preferred) or in a creative agency
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to produce high-quality designs
  • Proven ability to create engaging marketing assets, including ads, social media visuals, landing pages, and motion graphics
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and brand consistency across all materials
  • Creative and strategic mindset, able to develop visually compelling designs that align with business goals
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing feedback and meeting deadlines
  • Fluent in written and verbal English, ensuring clear and professional communication
  • Availability to work +/- 2 hours from the GMT+2 time zone

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns and assets
  • Design multi-format assets, including ads, product images, social media and email visuals, landing pages, and more
  • Create motion graphics, incorporating animated illustrations, text, and basic video editing
  • Own website design, evolving its visuals while considering CMS capabilities
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, maintaining a high-quality and cohesive visual identity
  • Collaborate with content, demand generation, and other teams to create impactful visuals
  • Manage projects end-to-end, balancing feedback and meeting deadlines
  • Stay ahead of design trends, bringing fresh ideas to elevate brand presence
