This is a full-time, remote position requiring a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Graphic Design or a related field and proven experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs
  • Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a must

Responsibilities

  • Designing and creating GIFs, videos, ad creatives, and Canva templates that align with client brand standards
  • Using CapCut or other video tool for video editing to produce engaging and high-quality content
  • Staying updated with social media trends and integrating them into our content strategy
  • Generating innovative ideas for campaigns and content
  • Building and presenting mood boards to communicate creative concepts effectively
  • Organizing and managing creative assets to ensure easy access and use by the team
  • Working on internal design needs, including pitch decks, social content, and web designs
  • Creating content briefs and developing a structured creative process
  • Organizing content and media to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
