Requirements

• Hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

Responsibilities

• Develop client & VA resources such as brochures, pamphlets, and guides to effectively communicate the company's products/services, features, and benefits
• Create presentations, infographics, and posters to effectively convey information to clients and VAs
• Optimize all designs for various platforms and formats
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure client resources are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Design and produce marketing material
• Create graphics tailored for conferences, including banners, posters, flyers, and digital presentations
• Assist with designing email templates for leads, clients or VAs
• Develop engaging visual content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and other promotional materials
• Work closely with the events and engagement team to create visual materials that support event marketing and execution
• Design and produce event materials such as invitation, banners, standees, posters, programs, and digital displays
• Edit video content for promotional purposes, including marketing campaigns, social media, website, and event highlights
• Develop video concepts that effectively communicate the brand message and engage the target audience
