Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and empower a team of Product Managers to deliver exceptional results
• Align product strategies with group and company objectives, driving innovation and execution to achieve strategic goals
• Play a key role in critical business initiatives, identifying and evaluating product opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
• Communicate vision, strategy, and progress effectively across teams and stakeholders, fostering strong cross-functional relationships and collaboration
• Act as the central decision-maker for the Product group, navigating trade-offs and resolving escalations to ensure progress
