Summary

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with alternative payment methods (ex.: FedNow, RTP, Zelle, Venmo, FPS, SEPA, BACS,  'On-us', digital wallets, 'pay-by-bank') and core banking platforms (current/checking accounts), staying abreast of industry trends
• Strong technical background with a track record of successfully managing complex, API-driven products
• Great communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
• (Desirable) Fluency in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic product roadmap
• Oversee with the PMs the end-to-end product life cycle, from ideation to launch, customer support, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Work with the Product Managers to prioritize and manage the product evolution backlog
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide the development of robust, secure, and scalable solutions
• Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams, providing technical expertise to drive successful product demonstrations and client engagements
• Manage budgetary aspects of product development, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
