Summary

Join Sidebar, a career growth platform, as a Group Success Facilitator to drive member engagement, product adoption, and retention. You will own up to 18 groups, facilitating meetings twice a month, and work cross-functionally to share feedback and identify at-risk groups.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success management, software adoption management, customer education, professional services consulting, service delivery management or customer facing program management
  • Minimum 5 years of virtual and in-person group facilitation
  • Be highly empathetic to customers/members, with a proven track record of long-term customer retention
  • Experience with hitting retention targets and creating happy, healthy customers
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision making and measure program effectiveness
  • Willingness to collaborate with others and drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Self-motivated and curious: Bias for action and committed to iterating when necessary
  • Work effectively in a highly ambiguous, ever-changing environment
  • Possess clear and thoughtful communication skills, with strong critical thinking ability
  • Have stellar problem-solving chops, and an enthusiasm for making a large impact early on at a start-up
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Available to facilitate member sessions: Tues - Thurs from 2pm - 6pm PT / 5pm - 10pm ET

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality virtual facilitation sessions to small groups (between 9-10 people)
  • Work with Sidebar members across industries, functions, and stages of their career journey in a 1:1 manner while also leveraging 1:many content
  • Empower members to become self-sufficient Sidebar champions, solving their immediate needs while focusing on their long-term success, value realization, and retention
  • Serve as the point of contact for your members and drive them to specific personal outcomes on their timelines
  • Become a product expert on Sidebar
  • Provide insightful product answers and recommend the most efficient way for members to achieve their personal growth using our platform while leveraging cross-functional resources and specialized teams
  • Drive engagement across the Sidebar member base with impactful adoption and retention results
  • Proactively partner with cross functional teams by flagging at-risk members, providing member insights, and highlighting growth opportunities
  • Serve as the voice of your member cross-functionally, providing feedback to the Product team and broader business
  • Supports member change initiatives by applying foundational knowledge of change management principles. Drives awareness of the importance of change management in partnership with members to drive consumption and adoption

Preferred Qualifications

Coaching certification strongly preferred
