Growth Engineer

Summary

Join Brevo, a leading CRM suite, as a Growth Engineer Intern and contribute to the Growth Ops team by automating and optimizing sales processes. You will design scalable systems, integrate AI technologies, and collaborate with the team to align technological initiatives with business objectives. This role involves implementing automation opportunities, creating automated workflows, exploring and integrating AI-based solutions, developing technical architectures, and managing innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, knowledge of automation tools, development skills, and a strong interest in AI and machine learning.

Requirements

• Master's student in Engineering - or similar field
• Knowledge of automation tools and operational platforms (Make, Zapier)
• Development skills (Python, JavaScript, APIs)
• Curiosity about AI and machine learning technologies, with a desire to experiment with innovative tools like Dust or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Help design scalable systems that automate and optimize our sales processes, enhancing efficiency and personalization at scale
• Integrate cutting-edge technologies , including AI, to streamline and optimize automation and workflow processes across sales and operational systems
• Collaborate closely with the whole G2Ops team to align technological initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution
• Implement automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency of Sales teams
• Create automated workflows using advanced tools and custom scripts to manage repetitive and complex tasks
• Explore and integrate AI-based solutions to personalize customer interactions and optimize prospecting campaigns
• Develop systems capable of analyzing real-time data to proactively adapt GTM strategies
• Develop technical architectures that support rapid growth, ensuring robustness and flexibility of the implemented solutions
• Set up automated data pipelines to provide actionable insights to relevant teams
• Work on cross-functional projects to integrate new technologies and improve existing processes
• Coordinate among stakeholders to ensure the success of technological initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

A first experience in SaaS/Tech environment is a huge plus!
