Growth Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Revenue Operations role at Telnyx, where the employee will help power the operational backbone of the revenue-generating teams and work alongside various departments to improve efficiency and achieve revenue goals. The role requires a technical background with experience in Python, SQL, or similar data analysis/scripting languages, as well as experience in an operational role supporting Go To Market functions.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S. degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical experience
• 2+ years experience in Python, SQL, or similar data analysis/scripting languages
• 1+ years experience in an operational role supporting one or more Go To Market functions
• Experience with various CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce and Marketo
• Intermediate to advanced competence with Domo or BI tool with a passion for metrics and dashboards visualizations

Responsibilities

• Systems: Integrations, Software Management, Create frictionless workflows
• Processes: Coordinate Cross-Functional Processes, Analytics and Enablement, Monitor & Improve Workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the startup space
• Certifications are a plus but not required
• Experience building, using, and/or training AI models to enhance revenue generation workflows, data analysis, and processes
