Requirements

  • At least 3 years in a growth engineering or similar role
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Deep understanding of marketing, sales, and CS processes, particularly in SaaS or B2B environments
  • Proven ability to run A/B tests, evaluate results and drive continuous improvement in growth strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation, data warehousing, CRM systems (we use Hubspot), analytics, and customer data platforms (CDPs), as well as tools like Apollo, Google Tag Manager, and Ortto
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer data and funnel metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead high-impact projects that drive revenue and improve customer retention
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot and our GTM tech stack to align with company goals
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, including SEO optimization, landing page creation, and A/B testing to improve conversion rates and the user journey
  • Build internal solutions to automate business processes using custom frontends, cloud applications, backend services, and scripts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage data and automation in growth initiatives
  • Design, develop, and maintain tools and systems to support marketing initiatives, continuously refining growth strategies with marketing technologies
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of growth initiatives
