Join ClassDojo as a Growth Engineering Lead and help build products that provide a better education for children worldwide. You will drive Growth Engineering practices, coach teams, and work cross-functionally to execute strategies that boost user growth, engagement, and retention. Requirements
- You have at least 10 years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience on growth engineering teams
- You have at least 5-7 years of professional experience managing direct reports on a product team, with at least 2 of those years managing a growth team
- You are in the Americas time zone
Responsibilities
- Help support teams and build products that will give every child on Earth an education they love
- Drive our Growth Engineering practices, using your experience and expertise to evolve our processes and tools
- Coach and empower teams to take ownership of their goals together, strengthen engineering culture, and be an active part of teams to achieve pioneering outcomes
- Create psychological safety, including building a blameless, learning-oriented, curiosity vs judgment culture
- Be hands-on with their teams
- Support the team in the details of their work as a code contributing member
- Work cross-functionally to create and execute on strategies that drive user growth, engagement, and retention
- Use your experience driving strong, successful outcomes to educate and scale a growth mindset in each team you support

Benefits
- Salary ranges (United States): CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT states: $260,000 - $310,000 (USD)
- All other states in the US: $221,000 - $263,500 (USD)
