Join Felix, a leading digital healthcare company, as an Engineering Lead to spearhead the evolution of our high-traffic marketing website. You will be the technical leader responsible for architecture, performance, and reliability of our public-facing web experience. This hands-on role demands expertise in web technologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will write code, guide implementation, and make architectural decisions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of web development, SEO, and accessibility, along with experience with Webflow. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining modern marketing websites
- Deep expertise in JS, CSS, HTML, incl. performance, polish, and responsive design
- Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices
- Experience with CMS platforms, content workflows, analytics, and A/B testing
- Comfortable working independently, taking ambiguous problems and turning them into live features with real impact
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with product, design, and marketing teams
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, implementation, and ongoing evolution of the Felix marketing website and related web infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and growth teams, to bring pages, campaigns, and experiments to life with speed and polish
- Build and maintain a performant, SEO-friendly, accessible, and mobile-responsive website that reflects our brand and drives conversion
- Set technical direction and standards for the marketing site - including deployment workflows, testing, analytics, and CMS tooling
- Work hands-on across the stack to ship features and solve problems end-to-end
- Identify opportunities to streamline content workflows, improve performance, and scale our web platform as the team and business grow
- Manage and collaborate with a contract developer
